Gaia is a MINDSET COACH , HYPNOTHERAPIST/NLP practitioner, helping individuals as well as parents & children in removing the OLD belief systems that hold you back and easily re-program your unconscious mind with CONFIDENCE, SELF-WORT & SELF-ESTEEM. Gaia’s view is that most of our issues are related to the lack of confidence and self-esteem, feeling un-worthy and not loved. Gaia has incredible knowledge in the use of effective communication skills, finding the core of the individual’s issue and as mindset/spiritual coach Gaia gives clear, practical and knowledgable advice to really help others in the everyday life.

Having the privilege of having my beautiful partner mentoring me for many years, I then deepened my skills and knowledge in NLP, Practitioner & NLP Master Practitioner Certificate, Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy becoming a member of the CTAA-Complimentary Therapist Accredited Association as well as TAD JAMES course of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, with International accreditation with IICT (International Institute of Complementary Therapists), successfully helping people and making a difference in their lives.
I worked for many years in Early Childhood (WWCC) with a Certification in Training and Assessment. and I hold the Certification of Diploma of Hypnotherapy for children (Hypnosis to help children overcome Stress, Anxiety, Bedwetting, Bullying & Lack of Confidence)). With children and parents, I like to work in a very holistic way such as playing and art making. It works so well and so efficiently when given suggestions to the unconscious mind, so I teach parents how to implement simple and effective techniques in any environment so they can utilise them with their children”. - Gaia

Aver conosciuto Gaia è stata una fortuna … Nell’arco della nostra vita abbiamo modo di conoscere molte persone, alcune di esse sono sgradevoli e le frequentiamo solo perché siamo costretti a farlo (ad esempio sul lavoro … qualche parente), altre ci lasciano del tutto indifferenti e non vediamo in loro valori e/o qualità che ci possano portare a condividere con loro qualcosa della nostra vita, altre “ci piacciono” e con queste stiamo bene, abbiamo la voglia (e talvolta l’esigenza) di vederle, di stare con loro, di condividere pensieri, parole, momenti anche importanti. Anche le occasioni in cui incontriamo e conosciamo le persone sono spesso imprevedibili, così come imprevedibile sarà anche il rapporto che avremo con esse. Noi abbiamo avuto appunto “la fortuna” di incontrare e conoscere Gaia. Il nostro incontro è avvenuto grazie ai nostri figli, ed abbiamo sentito subito che sarebbe stato un incontro importante, con una persona speciale. Abbiamo da subito parlato molto, condiviso emozioni e momenti belli. Gaia con la sua passione, la sua continua ricerca sull’animo umano e del nostro conscio/inconscio, con le sue capacità e le sue metodologie ci ha aperto la porta per una nuova conoscenza di noi stessi, delle nostre forze e delle nostre debolezze, ci ha accompagnati e tutt’ora ci accompagna in un percorso di miglioramento della nostra vita e dei rapporti con le persone che ci stanno accanto e a cui vogliamo bene. English translation: Having met Gaia was lucky... Throughout our lives we have the opportunity to meet many people, some of them are unpleasant and we frequent them only because we are forced to do so (for example at work... some relative), others leave us completely indifferent and we do not see values and /or qualities that can lead us to share something from our life with them, others we "like" and we feel good with them, we have the desire (and sometimes the need) to see them, to be with them, to share thoughts, words , even important moments. Even the occasions in which we meet and get to know people are often unpredictable, just as the relationship we have with them will also be unpredictable. We were indeed "lucky" to meet and get to know Gaia. Our meeting happened thanks to our children, and we immediately felt that it would be an important meeting, with a special person. We immediately talked a lot, shared emotions and beautiful moments.
